What areas do you service?

We primarily service Central Lower Hutt, Naenae, Epuni, Waterloo, Woburn, Western Hills, Stokes Valley, Silverstream and Trentham and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm if we cover your location.

Do you offer a meet and greet?

Absolutely! All new clients receive a complimentary meet and greet session. This allows us to get to know you and your pet, discuss their needs, and ensure we're the right fit for your family.

How do I book your services?

Complete our New Client Registration form, and we'll contact you within 24 hours to schedule your free meet and greet.

What's included in a dog walk?

Each walk includes pick-up and drop-off, fresh water, photo updates during the walk, and lots of love and attention for your pup!

Are walks one-on-one or group walks?

We offer 1:1 walks to ensure your dog gets personalized attention and exercise tailored to their needs and energy level.

What if my dog doesn't get along with other dogs?

No problem! Our 1:1 walks are perfect for dogs who prefer solo adventures. We'll tailor the route and experience to your dog's comfort level.

What happens in bad weather?

We walk in most weather conditions! However, in extreme weather (heavy storms, dangerous conditions), we'll contact you to discuss alternatives or rescheduling.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes! We offer discounted packages for regular bookings. Contact us to discuss options that fit your schedule and budget.

What's the difference between a 30-minute and 60-minute visit?

A 30-minute visit covers feeding, fresh water, quick playtime, and basic care. A 60-minute visit includes all of that plus extended playtime, more attention, and additional tasks like mail collection or plant watering.

Can you administer medication?

Yes! I'm experienced with administering oral medications, topical treatments, and other routine care. Just provide clear instructions during your meet and greet.

Do you care for cats and other pets?

Absolutely! I provide in-home care for cats, small animals, and other pets. Let us know your pet's needs when you register.

How do you access my home?

We'll discuss secure access options during your meet and greet - whether that's a key in a lockbox, garage code, or another arrangement that works for you.

Will I get updates while I'm away?

Yes! You'll receive daily photo and text updates so you can see how your pet is doing and have peace of mind while you're away.ย  Just let me know at the Meet and Greet what you would like and how often.ย ย 

Booking & Payment

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy periods like holidays. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, and Automatic Payments. Payment details will be discussed during your meet and greet.

Do you offer recurring bookings?

Yes! We can set up regular weekly or daily bookings to fit your schedule. This is perfect for busy professionals who need consistent care for their pets.
